The stable blocks are mostly under cover in converted farm buildings with up to 60 stables most with a minimum area
of 12ft by12ft up tp 12ft by 15ft. There are 4 tack rooms and loft storage space with a covered area for clipping, washing,
tacking up, shoeing etc.
The menage is some 60yds by 40 yds with a ransfords wood chip surface, complete with jumps and floodlights and
in easy view of the tea room.
Most fields/paddocks are enclosed by mains electric fencing and easily accessed by a hard core track
